The finely ground rice and grams are mixed with water and salt to form of smooth batter which is then fermented, made with the goodness of more pulses and eaten for breakfast, dinner or even for a quick snack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Different types of dosa can be prepared. Beertoot Dosa is one of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s see how I make this dosa!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, prepare all the ingredients.   Wash 3 cups of raw rice and 1 cup of urad dal ( gram dal) well and soak it for at least 1 hour, then add it to a mixer and grind it smooth. I took 1 beetroot peel and grated it then add mixer grinder with little water to make a smooth paste. Then add this mixer to the fermented batter and mix well.
