Try this, South India’s Famous Rice Noodles!

This is one of the famous Recipe in South India. 

This is also Traditional Recipe on the famous festival of  Deepavali. 

On Coastal Area everyone preparing this method of Rice Noodles. You Must Try it Once.

Preparation:

First of all we have to wash brown rice well,  then soak it for at least 4-5 hours.

After adding a small amount of rice to the mixer grinder, you can add 1/2 glass of water to 1 glass of rice. If necessary add some water again as seen in this vedio link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flyYkMIxqTY  make smooth grinding.

Next :

After doing the grinding process, we have to steam this batter for 10-15 minutes.

Once it becomes a thick batter let it cool for 10 minutes, then make medium sized balls to fit the machine. It should cook completely for 25-30 minutes. Keep the gas flame on low flame.
