Place the salmon fillets on the tava or frying pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Once the salmon fillets are cooked, remove them from the tava or frying pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
