Ingredients
  • 4 Nos Orange ((Tangerine))
  • 6 tablespoons Sugar (as required)
  • 1 teaspoon Rooh Afza (Optional)
Instructions
    • First, cut the fruit into 4 parts. Do remove the pith and the white layers from the orange make small pieces that are easy to remove the seeds as shown in the video.
    • Then I am going to add these chopped pieces to the mixer also I add sugar and Rooh Afza sharbat which is optional.
    • Once I grind it I take a colander and drain it well.
    • Again I put half a glass of water and continue the same process as before. See now our summer drink is ready.

If your oranges aren’t quite sweet enough you can add a teaspoon of your preferred sweetener such as honey and jaggery. Those who avoided Sugar!!
