Instructions

    • Keep ready for  tamarind and jaggery water by using each 2tbs of water and make coarse grind of 2 green chilli and 2 no of garlic cloves
    • Meanwhile, let’s prepare the Colocasia leaves. Rinse the leaves and wipe them dry then place it upside down, and remove the thick stem and veins without tearing the leaf using a knife. Cut the thick stem and gently slide the knife along the vein to remove it. you can do this a few times till the vein is almost flat as the leaf .
    • Now take a bowl, you should add 1 cup of basan (chickpeas)  powder then  add tamarind water. jaggery water, cumin, coriander powder, red chilly , turmeric powder,  rice flour, green chilly and garlic paste salt as per taste. Mix everything well.
    • Now add 2tbs  of water (if required only), a little at a time, and make a lump-free thick paste. The paste has to be easily spreadable as you see in the vedio.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyf97ZtGyiY
    • Apply a thin layer of the batter using hands and spread it all over the leaf.  Place another leaf upside down again but in an alternate way to the first. Repeat these steps for all leaves and role it.
    • Take 3 to 4 cups of water in a steamer to boil.  Place the folded leaves stuffing  on steamer.  Steam it  for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
    • Switch off the flame, take out the  rolls and let them rest for about 10 minutes or until cools down. after that make small medium sized  slicing pieces.
    • Next heat a frying pan, I am adding coconut oil. then add seseme and cumin seeds let it fry for few seconds then place sliced rolls. Cook both the sides for 4-5 minutes until the rolls golden brown and lightly crispy.

All I hear is a bunch of complaining about something that you could possibly fix if you werent too busy searching for attention.
