An easy delicious dessert to enjoy in all the times. This recipe works for all sweet dish lovers. An healthy cucumber halwa prepared in a very less ingredients.
Instruction:
- First peel the cucumber, Then grate it.
- Add 2 spoons of ghee to the pan, Roast some almonds and cashews.
- After it cools down, put it in a mixer and grind it coarsely
- Add grated cucumber to the same pan and fry well, take it to a plate
- Now Same Pan melt 1 cup of jaggery.
- See that the jaggery has melted properly, now add the fried cucumber stir well.
- Add almonds and cashew powder mix it well.
